Meet the Team
Our CEO, Sean, has been leading the company since founding it in 2006. He has held senior executive roles at many Silicon Valley companies. He was Director of Procurement at Apple, and responsible for a multi billion dollar supply chain including all memory and microprocessors. Sean worked as a start-up engineer for General Electric in the early part of his career, commissioning hundreds of megawatts of gas turbine power plant equipment. He holds an honors degree in engineering from the National University of Ireland and is also a California licensed electrical and solar contractor.
Mike is our VP of Sales. He is key in creating new communications with clients, suppliers, and customers of all fields. Mike can navigate the best scenarios and financial opportunities for clients PV solar needs.
With an Electrical Engineering background Mike has a great sense of what will need to happen to open and close projects for the best installation possible.
Melissa is responsbile for accounts payable. She prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. She also maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures, guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering question, and reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. She has her BA from San Jose State University in Accounting.
Kelly handles all technical aspects of plan designs, permit submissions, day to day operations, and trouble shooting. She maintains relations with distributors and suppliers and handles ordering of materials. She has her BA in Biologicial Sciences from Cal Poly, and incorporates her science and mathmateical background into streamlining our planning, design, and technicial operations.
William is responsible for managing our crews both on and off of the job site. He is in charge of field supervision of subcontractors engaged in the labor, mechanical and electrical trades. He maintains proper project record keeping, updates job site daily reports, and handles material purchase orders and delivery tracking. He also ensures the accuracy of specifications and installation of materials and products. William has 4 years experience in the electrical and mechanical fields in both upper management and ownership.
Rachael is in charge of organizing all the plan sets for permit submission. She travels all over the bay area to submit and pick up permits for our commercial and residential jobs. She also oversees the utility interconnection of the solar power being produced to the grid when the install is complete. When she is not busy running permits and handling interconnection, she focuses on bidding on public works projects.
